Well I don't care very much about the future, I want to live as positive as I can. What helps is always avoiding the news because they're always too negative, that is too exhausting to me and I don't see the need for me to follow them.
I am thankful for everything I have there are enough things that help me to feel poisitive. I wish all people would always feel positive and spread nice things. Thinking negative makes me wasting and losing energy.
